In Nebraska you now have the option to have policies mailed directly to your clients. If this option is elected, the delivery receipt is no longer needed and will not be included in the policy package. However, if you elect to have the policy sent to you for delivery to your client, two copies of the policy delivery receipt will be included in the policy package. One copy is to be left with the client. The second copy must be returned in the postage paid envelope which is also included in the policy package.

The application has been updated to include the option for selecting policy delivery to the applicant. The underwriting guide has been updated to reflect this change as well.
